We have six Great Pyrenees and one Pyrenees cross livestock guard dogs (LGDs). They run with our llamas and goats.
Our guardians help keep our herds safe against coyotes, dogs, snakes and other intruders to the pasture.

DaKoda comes from AKC registered parents, King and Guinevere. His litter was not registered by their owner so he does not have papers. He is a good sized boy, weighing over 110 pounds! DaKoda is a friendly fellow when properly introduced to visitors, usually accompanying them around the pastures. At the same time, he is willing to back "his girls" when a predator is near. A great all-around Pyr!

Greta comes from pure bloodlines; she is not registered. She has produced several litters of pups with DaKoda, and their offspring have proven to be both wonderful guardians and pets. Greta is very protective of her livestock charges - a true guardian.
