It is the responsibility of all buyers or potential buyers to ensure that subject animals meet their needs prior to purchase. We highly recommend personal inspection to verify and/or confirm specific information. Veterinary health checks can be provided at the buyer's expense.

No guarantees are made for any animal regarding: behavior, appearance (including fiber type, quality or coverage), conformation, abilities, longevity, size, breeding ability, or viability of any existing pregnancy. When breeding services are purchased separately, the breeding service and a live birth guarantee will be documented on the sales contract and honored accordingly.

Buyers are responsible for arranging transport of animals and assume all risk of loss, injury, damage, death, disease, etc. upon departure of animals from seller’s property.

All livestock sales are final - no refunds, exchanges or returns.

Limited services may be provided (on or off premises) at the discretion of the owner's of this ranch. We will take reasonable precautions in working with all animals. We reserve the right to refuse to provide services based on safety concerns for humans or animals. We assume no liability for sickness, injury or death which may directly or indirectly result from provision of these services.

• Llamas brought to our ranch for breeding, or who board with us temporarily, will be charged a rate of $1.50 per day.
• We reserve the right to negotiate a higher boarding fee for llamas requiring special care.
• For paid breedings, thirty days of board is included in the breeding fee.
• All llamas which are boarded must be insured for full mortality or a waiver of indemnity must be signed.
• All transportation fees, medical and vet expenses, routine shots, pregnancy tests, etc. will be the responsibility of the owner.

We reserve the right to refuse sales or services to anyone.
